| Youth / Young dog classes 12-18 month , 18-24 month Must have |

| AKC/SV pedigree certificate |
| Four generation pedigree with the WDA tattoo verification stamped on the back or tattoo verification form sign by a veterinarian attached |
Working class males and females over 24 month with titles must have |

| AKC/SV pedigree certificate |
| Four generation pedigree with the “a” stamp or OFA rating , WDA tattoo verification stamped on the back or tattoo verification form sign by a veterinarian attached |
| Official score book with at lease one schutzhund title done by a SV/foreign SV judge. |
| Breed survey report - if applicable. |
All show applications must be sent with the copies of the forms and a payment - bring originals with you to the show. Please send your show application with the payment by first class mail only (no required signature or registered)

Dog’s Registration Documents (Bring original)
For dogs born in the United States you must have AKC registration:
- The current AKC Registration Certificate.(small form).
- The 4-generation AKC Certified Pedigree including the GSDCA-WDA Tattoo Certification seal (required as of 10/1/2004). (USCA “pedigrees” are not acceptable.)
- HIps and Elbows (Elbows certification is a must for dog who were born after Jan.1-2004) Elbow by the SV only , Elbows OFA is not recognized by the SV
For dogs that are born and registered in a foreign country:
- The original SV or FCI recognized 4-generation pedigree issued in the country where the dog was born.
- Transfer of ownership - completed
